Following on their successful push from Dresden, the Soviets continue their offensive west into Giessen. In their way was a US Mech-heavy Team. Pulling their weight, they made the Soviets pay for every inch of land before withdrawing back to Dusseldorf.
Battle 3 - Battle for Rheinland-Pfalz

With the Red Tide driving a wedge through the middle of NATO forces, a West German task force raced to position itself to try and block the Soviets. The meagre force almost fought the Russian T-64 armoured force to a standstill but the aggressive Soviet Commander broke the Leopard 2 Company, forcing them to retreat into Cologne and Bonn, leaving the soviets in firm control of Rhineland-Pfalz.
Battle 4 - Battle for Frankfurt AM Main 1

Having successfully divided NATO in two, the Soviets decide to take the Financial Center of West Germany, Frankfurt AM Main. A desperate West German force Leopard 2 Company fought the soviet T-64 battalion to a standstill.

With Frankfurt in dire threat of being overrun, NoRTHAG rushed a British Mech and Highlander force to reinforce the City. The ensuing battle of attrition was again fought to a standstill, with the Czech Tank battalion inching closer to the City Center.
